Keep an eye for Knox Main Street United's resident holiday helper Elliot T. Elf during this year's Pepperment Parade! They will be passing out special promotions for downtown businesses during the parade and afterwards. Each participating business will have a plush reindeer in their establishment and customers who make a purchase will be entered into a raffle to take one of the reindeer home!
